The program combines neuroscience and data science. The study topics include advanced courses in these fields at Bar-Ilan University and the University of Padova. At Bar-Ilan, the emphasis will be on brain research and data science, and at Padova, topics will focus on cognitive neuroscience.
Students enrolled in the Joint MSc in Brain and Data Science at either university may participate in the program. Students spend the first year at their home university completing mandatory courses. Then, students transfer to the partner university for the second year, working in research and attending elective courses.

מעשיות בנושאי הליבה של מדעי הנתונים. על הסטודנטים לבחור 2 מסלולים התמחות מתוך

כלים סטטיסטיים יעילים לייצוג, אשכול, סיווג, ניתוח ועיבוד של מידע משולב. ההיקף העצום של
החישוב והמידע )data big )מציב אתגרים בתחומים של יעילות אנרגטית של תקשורת וחישוב כדי
לענות על דרישות של מהירות החישוב ועלותו. הדרישה למשאבי עיבוד עצומים דורשת גם פיתוח
טכניקות לאחסון, ניהול ואחזור מידע דרך רשתות תקשורת מהירות )חישוב בענן(.
